This is where you will meet with the preferred Realtor partner, review the entire process of the program, talk about YOUR situation and collaborate the best way for YOU to buy a home. Then we will schedule an appointment with our preferred lending partner to discuss the best financial options for YOUR home custom buying strategy . Once you have your buying and financial strategy you will be introduced to the Credit Boosting Program. Where you can get a detailed plan to increase your credit score and even have your on-time rent payments reported to the credit bureaus. Once you have finished the 1st 3 steps we will circle back to set up how we will help you execute on everything and help with your transition from renting to owning your own home.
