The Preferred Partner Program was created by Brennan Property Management who are wanting to make the jump from renting to owning their own home and to make the jump easier. I am the Preferred Realtor Partner, myself along with the other partners were recruited by Brennan Property Management. This Program is designed to waive your break lease fee, help you build your credit, get discounts on buying a home, and make your moving transition stress free.

Where we talk about your home’s appreciation, your equity, your home’s value, and review your loan to see if it’s still the best loan to be on EVERY.. SINGLE.. The Program was made possible by brining together 4 different companies to a common goal of helping people become homeowners. Each one of them making commitments to bring you more value and make tis program possible. Even with this Program revamp we are only able to onboard a limited number of people to the Program.
